Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk Mendukung Fungsi Produksi, Pemasaran, dan Keuangan Bagi Pelaku UMKM Fashion dan Craft Kota Bandung

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the main drivers and a vital pillar of the Indonesian economy. The fashion and craft MSMEs in Bandung City, which are members of the Koperasi Wirausaha Baru Jawa Barat Sejahtera (WJS), have considerable potential for growth. Market opportunities for these MSMEs are expanding in line with the development of the fashion industry and the growing public interest in fashion. However, their performance in production, marketing, and financial functions is not yet optimal. Meanwhile, the rapid development of information technology has led to the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI), which can assist humans in managing business activities. Therefore, the Community Service (PkM) team from the Accounting Department of Politeknik Negeri Bandung offers a solution by utilizing AI to support the management of production, marketing, and financial functions. The aim of this PkM program is to provide training to enhance the knowledge and skills of fashion and craft MSME participants in Bandung City in the proper use of AI to support production, marketing, and financial functions. The program also includes mentoring to ensure that participants can effectively utilize AI to support these three functions. The training and mentoring activities were conducted over a three-day period. The results show that all activities, including training and mentoring on the use of AI to support marketing, production, and financial functions, were effective.

Abstrak
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan penggerak utama dan pilar vital perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM fashion dan craft di Kota Bandung, yang tergabung dalam Koperasi Wirausaha Baru Jawa Barat Sejahtera (WJS), memiliki potensi pertumbuhan yang cukup besar. Peluang pasar bagi UMKM ini semakin terbuka seiring dengan perkembangan industri fashion dan meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap fashion. Namun, kinerja mereka dalam fungsi produksi, pemasaran, dan keuangan belum optimal. Sementara itu, perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong munculnya Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang dapat membantu manusia dalam mengelola kegiatan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dari Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Bandung menawarkan solusi dengan memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung pengelolaan fungsi produksi, pemasaran, dan keuangan. Tujuan program PkM ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta UMKM fashion dan craft di Kota Bandung dalam pemanfaatan AI yang tepat untuk mendukung fungsi produksi, pemasaran, dan keuangan. Program ini juga mencakup pendampingan untuk memastikan peserta dapat memanfaatkan AI secara efektif guna mendukung ketiga fungsi tersebut. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan selama tiga hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kegiatan, termasuk pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan AI untuk mendukung fungsi pemasaran, produksi, dan keuangan, berjalan efektif.
