About the Journal
Jurnal Dharma Bhakti Ekuitas (JDBE) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published biannually in March and September by Universitas Ekuitas Indonesia. The journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, students, and community development activists to disseminate the results of community service activities and applied research focused on community empowerment and sustainable social development.
JDBE publishes original articles related to community engagement, empowerment programs, participatory development, and collaborative initiatives between higher education institutions and society. The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches that contribute to solving social, economic, educational, environmental, and technological challenges within communities.
The scope of published articles includes participatory action research, asset-based community development, community-based research, service learning, community development, social innovation, empowerment of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), digital literacy programs, financial literacy, sustainable development initiatives, and other community-oriented programs.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process involving academics and practitioners from various institutions to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the published works. Manuscripts accepted for publication must comply with the journal’s focus and scope, author guidelines, and publication ethics standards.
Jurnal Dharma Bhakti Ekuitas has been indexed and abstracted by several reputable indexing platforms, including SINTA, GARUDA, Google Scholar, and Dimensions.
