PENGARUH PROSEDUR KERJA DAN JOB DESCRIPTION BAGI KARYAWAN TERHADAP TINGKAT PRODUKTIVITAS PADA KONDISI PANDEMI (Studi kasus pada PT.XXX bagian sales di kota Bandung)

Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomenon where there is a decrease in productivity in the cigarette company PT. XXX. This decrease in productivity was due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which caused changes in work procedures and uncertain job descriptions. This study aims to examine and determine the effect of work procedures and job descriptions on the level of work productivity. This study used a descriptive and verification approach, data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Respondents in this study amounted to 126 respondents who are all permanent employees of the tobacco company PT.XXX. so that saturated samples are used for the design of hypothesis testing t test and f test. The analysis technique used in this study uses an interactive model with respondents, where the respondent's interpretation data is then regulated using data analysis techniques in this case SPSS. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant effect of work procedures on productivity, there is a positive and significant effect of job descriptions on productivity and there is a positive and significant effect of work procedures and job descriptions simultaneously or partially on the productivity of employees of the cigarette company PT. XXX.
