One of the important components in the world of higher education, namely lecturers, has an important role as the spearhead of implementing the educational process. Lecturers have responsibility for the process of teaching and learning activities, therefore in an effort to improve the quality of higher education, lecturers play a key role in fostering and developing the mindset of their students, namely students. Factors that affect the quality and quantity of a lecturer in the implementation of his performance can be seen from knowledge management, work discipline and work experience. This study aims to obtain an in-depth picture and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of knowledge management, work experience and work discipline on lecturer performance. This study uses quantitative research methods that are descriptive and verification with data collection techniques in the form of library research, internet research and field research. The results of this study indicate that knowledge management, work discipline and work experience of IAIS Sukabumi Lecturers have a significant effect partially or simultaneously and the results of the analysis say that the assessment is good and needs to be maintained and there needs to be an improvement back to a very good direction.Ryan Bela PuteraHelmy Fahtoni

This research is based on the existing phenomenon where employee performance is not optimal. The suboptimal performance is caused by the suboptimal job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which are influenced by the suboptimal leadership. This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Job Stress, Competence, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This study uses a descriptive and verificative approach, with descriptive survey and explanatory survey as the research methods. The sample of this study consists of 55 respondents who are structural employees of BPR BKK Purwokerto. The results of the study conclude that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Both job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on employee performance.Ginanjar NugrahaArief MunandarYudi Wahyudin Suwandi
