Abstract
This research is based on the existing phenomenon where employee performance is not optimal. The suboptimal performance is caused by the suboptimal job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which are influenced by the suboptimal leadership. This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Job Stress, Competence, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This study uses a descriptive and verificative approach, with descriptive survey and explanatory survey as the research methods. The sample of this study consists of 55 respondents who are structural employees of BPR BKK Purwokerto. The results of the study conclude that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Both job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on employee performance.
