PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN (Studi Kasus di Institut Agama Islam Sukabumi)

Abstract

One of the important components in the world of higher education, namely lecturers, has an important role as the spearhead of implementing the educational process. Lecturers have responsibility for the process of teaching and learning activities, therefore in an effort to improve the quality of higher education, lecturers play a key role in fostering and developing the mindset of their students, namely students. Factors that affect the quality and quantity of a lecturer in the implementation of his performance can be seen from knowledge management, work discipline and work experience. This study aims to obtain an in-depth picture and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of knowledge management, work experience and work discipline on lecturer performance. This study uses quantitative research methods that are descriptive and verification with data collection techniques in the form of library research, internet research and field research. The results of this study indicate that knowledge management, work discipline and work experience of IAIS Sukabumi Lecturers have a significant effect partially or simultaneously and the results of the analysis say that the assessment is good and needs to be maintained and there needs to be an improvement back to a very good direction.
