Banking & Management Review (BMR) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published biannually in May and November by Universitas Ekuitas Indonesia. The journal publishes research articles and conceptual studies in the fields of banking, risk management, financial management, marketing management, operations management, human resource management, conventional banking, and Islamic banking. BMR aims to provide an academic platform for researchers, practitioners, regulators, and students to disseminate scholarly works that contribute to the advancement of banking and management sciences. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process and must comply with the journal’s publication ethics, author guidelines, and originality standards.
